| Cremanti® The encapsulated dry pure breed yeast for the bottle fermentation of sparkling wine With the Cremanti® capsules you can perform the bottle-fermentation of sparkling wine free of turbidity and without riddling. A sensorial high-quality sparkling wine is provided by a special selected, high performance pure breed yeast of the strain Saccharomyces bayanus. The yeast cells are enclosed in alginate-beads, which are produced according to the new, patented MLC®-technology. Due to this advanced process, the yeast remains in the capsule highly active. Yeast cells do not leak into the sparkling wine during the fermentation and storage.
